Trump says he's prepared to use 'tremendous power' if Dems control Congress

President Donald Trump told CBS News in a phone interview prior to polls closing on Tuesday that he was prepared to use “tremendous powers” that he said the Supreme Court granted him if Democrats take control of Congress and refused to make any predictions about how the night will develop.

"We won the Slaughter case and the Slaughter case gives the president tremendous powers that it never had before," Mr. Trump said referring to the Supreme Court case earlier this year that gave him the power to exert control over federal agencies.
